Hi
I have a Canon Pixma MP280 and the paper has suddenly stopped feeding in. It acts like it's going to do it but won't. I have tried pressing the tools button until it says b to clean it and then feed through 3 sheets of paper but it still won't feed.
I have put the printer into Service mode by pressing the stop/reset button 6 times and then trying to clear the ink counter using a service tool I downloaded - service tool v1074. [FONT="]
This normally works for when an error code P07 or P08 comes up but this time I got a code E02 to begin with. After that I stopped getting an error code but I can't get the paper to feed.
Anyone know how to fix this?

I had this happen once when I accidentally picked up a piece of wire in a bundle of paper and it wrapped around inside. Had to open the printer up to remove it.0

I had something similar. Eventually found that a pencil had rolled off the top of the printer into the paper feed.0

I can't see anything in there. I tried to unscrew two screws from the panel behind the tray which holds the paper. I couldn't seem to get the back off completely this way, so I'm not sure if there's a way to get the whole case off somehow and look inside. Nothing is rattling around.
Is it possible that the rollers which accept the paper need greasing or something??
