I don't now the difference between an IVA and a DMP (is there one?), but according to this website, the OP has a duty to inform the IVA IP (or debt charity) of any windfalls, gifts, etc...forgotmyname wrote: »Except they may think you have more money than your letting on and worth investigating.

Mind you, that same article says IVAs are normally 5 years, so I'm not sure why the OP's still has another 8 years to go?0 -
