I popped into B&M the other day and thought for a second I'd spotted the powder, but it was a box of Bisto granules. I thought this was a bit sneaky - the granules are normally in a round tub but these boxes were the same size as the original powder boxes, and at a glance, you'd think that it was Bisto powder but re-branded. (The box was the same red colour/design as the granule tub - and they had a chicken flavour too). It nearly had me for a minute - good job I read the label and wasn't on "auto-shop" :D

That sneaky trick almost got me too! Noticed just as I was picking the box up.

I've never seen a chicken Bisto powder, only granules! :)

My HB hasn't had any for months :( Actually, make that all 3 stores local to me!
  • Thanks for the Iceland info, I use Bisto and cornflour as well (thanks to my mum!) and my local asda has had the large boxes on offer this week for £1.50.
