Not sure what to do

i have an idea that could be used worldwide but i am unsure how to put it into action.
i cant really say to much as i dont want to give it away but i have a rough design how do i get a proto type made up how do i get a pantent?

i know you may need more details i will try to givewithout giving the game away

First thing is to find out if the idea is patentable, without letting someone steal your idea.

For this reason you'll need to approach someone "in the know" and get them to sign a NDA (Non Disclosure Agreement) before you reveal your idea.

I must state at this point that I have never used the services of his company! However, As Mr Bayliss is a household name I suspect he'd have too much to lose by not being above board?
