    Surprised nobody has answered you.

But this company has only existed a few months, they are not in an AOS so they have no means of getting the registered keeper details from the dvla, so don't appeal , don't tell them anything. Just file the fake ticket away and get on with your life
When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

Presumably he followed advice and heard no more.

Read Newbie thread and fillow advice especially from flowchart. As not BPA or IPC members how do you think they will find out where you live?

David hasn't been back to the forum since he posted this in January, so he won't see this. If you do need to contact him, try a PM.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
