ETF query

Options
Not committed yet, but I'm thinking of adding a Latin American ETF to my portfolio. There being no Vanguard offering (yet), it looks like the main choice is between HMLA or LTAM. They both seem to have a similar basis. Given that the former is quite a bit cheaper (0.6% TER v. 0.74%) with a higher yield, why would anyone choose the iShares offering over that of HSBC? What other factors should I consider?

Oh go on: consider the Hansa investment trust, a wonderfully geared punt on Brazil.

I'm considering a punt on Mexico myself, but that may be counted for ETF purposes as North America rather than Latin America. Not that I care.
Free the dunston one next time too.

Thanks, Hansa are interesting and deeply discounted to NAV owing to OCN. I already have a few of their smaller holdings anyway, so I could go for OCN directly.

Yes, Mexico is a component of the MSCI LA index (not that you care).
