Next directory..Can I claim late 1980/1990's?

Hi there,
Was wondering if anyone knew if I could claim back the PPI insurance I was charged.. This would be from the late 1980's to around 1995 ish?
I have the Next account reference number but no paperwork, any ideas please?.

You can put your complaint in but details from the 80s are unlikely to exist. However, some people have managed going back that far.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
