Kwik Fit failure to respond to complaint

I'm at a loss on what to do next with pursuing a complaint with Kwik Fit. To cut a long story short I was charged £330 which Kwik Fit failed to diagnose and repair last summer. Despite using their online queries link twice, and subsequently writing to their head office, they have not responded, let alone resolved my request for a refund. Advice would be very much appreciated!

Up to you really, it'd harm them MUCH more if you simply told everyone you know to avoid them at all costs.
The chances are that even you went to them because somebody recommended them and THAT recommendation probably came as a result of believing the advertising/marketing.

Final letter. Stating you are unhappy about a total lack of any form of reply. If your previous complaint has not been sorted to your satisfaction. You will be filing a claim against them in 7 days.

Then actually do follow through and file a claim.
