Ancestry FTM not working ?

Has anyone else had an issue with the HINTS not working on Ancestry FTM 2014 recently ?
I can see them (bring them up) but not add them to my family tree - the button just blinks but fails to do anything.
I have backed up my tree and recreated a new tree - using the backed up data but no effect.
Also - I am unable to "add media" to my tree.
I am getting the same thing on 2 PC's - so am assuming that the fault lies with Ancestry - I emailed them 24 hours ago, with no reply yet !!
