I got 2x Genuine Lucas branded bulbs on EBay for £3.80 delivered...... Chances are the original bulbs in most cars are made by Lucas.

The headlamp bulb in my Fiesta blew last night - the car is not even 2 years old.

Ebay User carparts4less appears to be based in the US.

Did you mean Ebay User carpartssaver (who confusingly have an ebay shop called Car Parts 4 Less ?)

If so, their Lucas H7 bulbs appear to cost £8.39 each!

Sorry can't post links, but item id is 291026360792

(Actually, there is currently a BOGOF with these currently, but still almost twice the price of Lidl)

2 years is about when id expect headlight bulbs to start failng, even the fancy expensive bulbs i had in the past. I use headlights in all but the brightest of summer sun.

No, not an ebay account ---- http://www.carparts4less.co.uk/

It is a web only division of Euro car parts

Its always handy to have a set of spare bulbs in the car, especially at this time of year.

I just wish that the thousands of motorists out there would look at their own headlights and change the damn bulbs, I'm sick of counting the number of those with only 1 working light.
