Boohoo won't return my money!

I ordered two things from Boohoo website which I received, tried on and returned in same parcel in original packaging. I received proof of postage from Post Office. I received email from Boohoo telling me they received one item and have refunded me for one item. I have complained via email and they have told me there is nothing they can do! They have effectively stolen my money! Please help. Any advice will be greatly appreciated. These big companies cannot get away with treating their loyal customers like this.

Were they both returned and in the same parcel? You have the weight of the one you sent, does it match the one you received or are you not able to tell due to returning the packaging?I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0
