Had this e-mail sent to me by our IT team at work today. Not sure if it should be posted if not please remove but i hope it saves a computer by posting it.

I'd be more worried about how competant the IT team are at your work if they're peddling these hoax spam emails as fact. Doesn't give you much confidence does it? There's plenty of urban myth and hoax database sites out there that you may want to refer them to as they really should be checking before forwarding on, I mean to be honest when was the last time ANY email forward contained genuine information?"She is quite the oddball. I think your IT department need to either check the date on the reports they read or at the very least count to 10 before emailing everyone telling them about a 16 month old hoax lol0

Yes Google is your friend, but as soon as you see "you should send this e-mail to all your contacts", that's all you need to know. Hit delete and carry on.Rocky.0
