Help on balance transfer required....thanks

Hi,
I have £3300 on a Lloyds tsb platinum card and £2500 on an MBNA platinum card. They both have offered 0% balance transfers with 3% handling fees.The lloyds is for 6 months and MBNA is until Nov.I have other cards also with not much balance, some on 0%.
How could i get the outstanding balances on these 2 cards onto 0% by the cheapest method?The lloyds promotional offer ends on june 29th.
As there are handling fees, im not sure the best way to go about this.
