Fixed rate change querie ???
Hi , I am nearing the end of my current fixed rate ( 31st January 14 ) with npower and wondered when would the soonest would be that I could get the ball rolling as regards to a switch to another provider . Do I have to wait until the 31st Jan or can I start the process sooner , many thanks .

do it now, it can take up to 4-6 weeks to switch0

You should have received a notice from npower 6 weeks before your fix ended which also sets out your options. Once you have received that notice you can switch without paying early-termination charges.
