ASDA Money DD bouncing due to changed card

ive a ASDA credit card with additional card holders, paying full balance at the end of the month.

dec 17 get a phone call saying have i spent a grand at tesco direct.....er, no im at work :-( No problem sir, thats took off and we'll send you a new card. wow i thought, no hassle or anything :-)

10 jan wife shopping at B&Q for decorating stuff for me :-( trolley full and card declined. when i ring at 3pm the kid has no idea why and we'll look into it. ring again at 7 and a lady tells me they asked for the DD and my bank declined it. ring bank, they said theres loads of money in the account we've declined nothing.

ring asda back again, mad now. they then say its 'standard practice to blame the bank first'! i say maybe getting a new card as effected it............oh yeah, its our fault they saw. dont worry about the black mark on your credit history, its only one!! i dont want any get it of........takes 28 days.

no offer of compenstation for the 4 hours ive wasted today and the fact i cant get a loan/mobile/new cc till this is took off.

needless to say i raised a compliant, paid the full balance and will be shopping around for a new card, once the black mark has been removed :mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:
