I had a business loan & business bank acct with a high st bank in '07. The loan was guaranteed by the DTI. I went bankrupt in '09 and included these debts. Neither appear on any of the CRAs. Could they have dropped off, or could they have been missed?
Also, my current perfectly run aqua card only shows on noddle, but my old pre-Bankruptcy aqua card is on all three. Why would this happen?

If they defaulted before your BR, then they might have fallen off as stay for 6 years from default date.
Not sure about Aqua, why not ask them why it's not on your other files.:beer:0 -

I managed to dig out my old paperwork and found the defaults had been given really quick, 29/11/07 so were gone about 3wks when I started looking.Married 40y.o. mum of an autistic 11y.o. Carer/SAHM.
