Probably not. What do the T&Cs say? Any reason for the cancellation?0

That depends to a greater or lesser extent on what you have agreed to.alansmith7 wrote: »Hi

Take for example, an eighteen mobile phone contract... would you expect to leave at say nine months without paying something above nine months charges?0 -
Regardless of whether you are entitled to anything back (probably not), make sure your account is NOT set to auto-renew ... do that check NOW!0

Well that should be your first action. Unless they are unfair or unlawful in some way then you need to comply with them.0 -
ive been told i would need to wait 30 days before they can consider any refunds which i found very odd, i did ask for the t&c but they did not reply back to myself.0

No chance and legally no they don't have to.
In the lack of T&C's, your rights are with contract law, which isn't on your side on this one, the service is there for you to use whether you use it or not, you contracted to 3 months they can hold you to it.0 -

If it's membership of a website and you joined via the website, the terms and conditions are probably on the website too.
Could you post a link to the site?1. Have you tried to Google the answer?
2. If you were in the other person's shoes, how would you react?
3. Do you want a quick answer or better understanding?0
