WARNING: Avoid company called interioraddict

Options
Grrrr I need to vent.
Purchased a chair online back in November. Website at time said dispatch from 18th December.

18th December came and went and have been chasing delivery ever since being fobbed off each time. I opened an item not received with paypal as that was how I paid and it was now day 43 so running out of time if it was a no show.

It prompted a we will deliver on Monday but also an oh sorry we cant till you tell paypal all is ok as they have put a hold on the funds. Scared of being scammed I have esclated and have asked paypal for my £500 paid back.

Grrrrr. Courier company they said using gives a dead tone when I call and emails bounce back.

AVOID INTERIORADDICT THEY HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS.

There are probably millions of companies worldwide that I've not heard of either but I wouldn't go searching old posts on internet forums simply to tell people of companies that I wasn't aware of. (Unless of course, I was only doing it to increase my post count).

Asking someone to close a Paypal dispute before delivering is the oldest scam in the book, DON'T do it. Once the claim is closed that is it and it can't be opened again. When they deliver Paypal will release the funds.

ETA just noticed how old the thread is but the advice still stands for anyone else in that position.
