That is good to know. Thanks.
I have 2 separate EON accounts, one for electric and another one for heat. Will they both report to Equifax? Will it have begun reporting as soon as I opened my accounts? When I got my first bill?
My electric is on monthly direct debit. My heat bills I get monthly and pay in full at that time.
Hi Guggul
Yes, as you've two separate accounts with different numbers, both will be shared.
We share monthly, so it depends on when your account was opened as to when we first shared your information.
As you've set up a Monthly Direct Debit, provided payments are made as arranged, we'll share this as a positive. This will be shown as a zero or green on your file.
Hope this helps.
