Sealing/water-proofing corrugated cement sheets

Does anyone have any experience/advice regarding sealing/water-proofing corrugated cement roofing sheets?
The sheeting would be ~30 years old (unsure whether it's asbestos), it's a garage roof and looks in generally good condition, no obvious cracks or damage but some moisture/damp seems to be getting through the sheeting - presumably because the material is slightly porous?
Not a major leak, just drips appearing on the underside of the sheeting following rain, letting moisture into the garage.
I've seen you can get various waterproofing paints/coatings, wondered if anyone had used these and had any comments/recommendations?

I have used Thompson's water seal on concrete blocks and it sealed them completely.
Assuming that it is just a porous roof and that there are no areas where rain is being driven under it, that would be my choice if I were dealing with your roof .Forgotten but not gone.0 -
It'll be asbestosEat vegetables and fear no creditors, rather than eat duck and hide.0
