Private land agents and anpr

I was about to write to the Agents of the private land where I got an ANPR ticket asking if they have given authority to the car park operator to bring any legal action against me (got info off forum) but realised they were NOT the land owners. Should I be asking the Agents who the owners are. The Agents have confirmed they have a contract with ANPR for issuing parking tickets to unauthorised vehicles parking (displayed permits only allowed).
Dont want to do the wrong thing. Am writing back ANPR saying I want to appeal their excessive charge.
Again, any good advice appreciated.

depends on if the landowner has a contract with the agent allowing the agent to deal with it, of course you dont know this, but the managing agent should know
I believe it has to be :-
either the landowner having a contract with the agent, then the agent having a contract with the PPC
or its the landowner having the contract with the agent, and also having one with the ppc
or its the landowner only ever dealing with the PPC, no agent
those are the 3 scenarios I believe it could be
therefore the hard part is working out which one is correct in each case0 -
Is it Trev the Clamp's bunch 'ANPR Ltd' or is it ANPR PC?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
