Checking for wins on FB

Options
Just checked a Facebook site on a whim and found I won an advent prize. If I hadn't checked back I would not have known as I had not received any notification. Do you check back on each FB comp you enter?

PS I always check messages and the "other" option.

This thread might be of interest, with people discussing how they found FB wins via Google / Google Alerts / Social Searcher / links to past threads about how to find wins: https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/4856311

Personally, I only go for things I want to win, so am likely to end up following a company I'm interested in. This encourages me to check the page regularly.

I also have a list links for FB pages to check for wins on - I add to it whenever I enter a FB comp, then delete the link when I have seen the winner announced.

Did you know there is also a Spam folder on FB? You should check there as well.

Hope that the company are going to still honour your prize, well done :T
