Edit: That's for their main sales website, so I'm wrong - they actually got an A on their website.
This said, I still feel that they could improve their 'One-Step Login' for security.

I don't think it's secure either. If I can't remember certain characters from my password I just refresh the page until it asks for characters that I remember, but so can a thief. The letters should be fixed until you have logged in successfully with them.0
