HSBC Driving insane

Options
Wonder if anyone can offer some advice. I accepted an offer from them on 26th November. Finally on 23rd December after numerous phone calls they said they needed signature validation on the account.

The loan holds my signature and my brothers. The loan was never a joint loan but supposed to be set up in my name with my brother as guarantor. THe loan was with Household bank many years ago. I keep explaining this to them but they won't accept it and want his signature even though he lives 60 miles away. Anyway I got the signature and sent it to them.

Today I've been told his signature does not match the acceptance letter even though it does his bank have verified it but HSBC won't accept it and want further signatures. The 28 days is over and I'm getting more and more angry with them can someone suggest an email address of HSBC DIrector I can write to to get this resolved ASAP.

Many thanks for any advice and help :):)

If they need further signatures, you'll have to provide them, they won't make any payments until they have a signature match. This is the quickest way to get it resolved.
