hi, could anyone please advise what to do as i,m moving home in 2 weeks time and have today switched gas and electric suppliers - from scottish power to edf.
however there was no scope to explain this on the new application ie: i need to tell them what my old address is ?
i tried ringing them but was on hold for almost 30 minutes.
any help is appreciated, thanks
