If you are from the business involved your posts will have been removed because you haven't followed the forum rules. Perhaps you should read and then follow them?

You may want to also read and follow the rules in the distance selling regulations:

ATSC, this is the stuff you need to read:
How do I get a right of reply on what's been said about my company?

If you're from a company, have seen a post you feel is misleading or offensive, and would like the right of reply, please email the Forum Team at forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com.

A member of the MSE Team will carry out checks to confirm you are authorised to represent the company in question.

Provided you have the authority, you may either be asked to give a statement, which one of the MSE Team will post on your behalf, or be given permission to post directly on the specific thread.
  • The company's email address is not valid anymore either. What a typical hit and run story...
  • Hi there
The same thing has also happened to me..... I paid for furniture in August, which never arrived. I reported to Trading Standards.... I also received an email in January. Tried to send an email this week for an update, but was returned as undeliverable....
Does anyone have any updates on this company please?
  • Hi
I've just logged the issue with action fraud. Thanks to one of the helpful posts above....
  • I still can't believe that this company just got away with this!
  • Exact same thing happened, To me I had various emails telling me I would be refunded. Eventually they did issue me a refund, For a long while i was thinking this is a scam but eventually came to the conclusion they bit off more they could chew and handled it very badly. My sister ordered from them too lucky for her she got her furniture. Hope this helped
