I submitted all of my paperwork for my second annual review on 8th November 2013 (which they received) and I still havent heard from DFD, is this normal?!

It is probably normal for DFD... but maybe you want to chase it up just in case they have not received it or lost in the post

I emailed all of my documents and got a confirmation reply, also phoned them about a month ago and they said they had received everything.

Thanks Anon, its just my worry that they will want more money from me. The price of everything seems to have increased except my my wage, say's the jaded NHS worker!!!

when is your actual anniversary date? legally your IP has to have the review completed at the very most by 8 weeks following the date of your anniversary, I know for me I am asked to submit my review paperwork in April, my anniversary date isn't while 16th May and its usually July before I get my review through.

If you have not heard anything so far, then that's a good sign that everything is fine.

Hi milliemonster, my review date is 4th January. I submitted my paperwork in November and I'm still waiting! I had a letter from equity in finance this week who are claiming my PPI via DFD and they asked me to sign a letter from capital one that was dated October 2012, but they need me to sign it urgently!!
