Shoddy customer service by Apple

Anyone know who best to complain to in writing to please?

I have been dealing with customer services for a fortnight now and I want to escalate my complaint about their shoddy service but I'm not sure who best to address.

Sorry, don't know anyone other than the usual contacts on the Apple web site.

What's wrong? Not the power adapter for your PowerBook by any chance? (The one that costs £55 to replace and you're forced to buy one cos your computer's useless without it!!)

Thats unsual Ive had nothing but brilliant service from apple. What was the problem? And how have you been contacting customer services?

He owns/set up and currently the CEO of Apple Inc.

Chances are that this email address and variations of it are exclusive for him. He may not act upon it himself but someone will get it to action. Since he is absolutely loaded and so far up the chain that a minion somewhere will get your email.

Worth a shot?
