LED for propagator?

I currently use two 2 feet T5 sunlight tubes for my seed propagator, however they need to be replaced this year.
Has anyone tried LED bulbs like these?

or even LED spotlight bulbs.
I do have all the necessary fittings as I used to use CFLs until I changed to T5 tubes.

Just a consideration, but unlike daylight and specialist bulbs, white/non-specialised LED's may not cover the bits of spectrum young plants are particularly fond of. As opposed to an equal output at a broad range of frequencies, they have very distinct notches and your eyes blend it together to look whitish. It means non-specialist bulbs may be actually quite inefficient, even compared with fluorescents.0

The bulbs/LEDs should be 6400 K cool daylight.
Or even something like this.
