Prize consists of four places on any guaranteed departure of G Adventures Thailand Family Adventure (ATFF) with a minimum of four full-fare paying travellers already booked. Please contact G Adventures to determine available departure dates. The four places are available for the following: two adults over the age of 18 recognised as the parents or legal guardians of up to two children aged between 5 and 18 who all permanently reside at the same address. Bookings must be made between 01 January and 15 March 2014 00:00 EST with travel commenced before 30 November 2014. A prize code, which will be supplied to the winner once they have been chosen, must be used at the time of booking. Bookings can only be made by contacting G Adventures directly on 0844 272 0000 in the UK before 15 March 2014 and the quoting prize code. This prize includes four flights from London airports up to the value of £750 each including all taxes and charges per person on the most direct and cost effective route and carrier as determined by G Adventures. All decisions on departure times, flights and carrier are final.
Any changes or cancellations are at the cost of the traveller. The prize does not cover any additional extras or optionals, meals or flights unless where indicated as an integral part of the tour on gadventures.com. All other incidental expenses are the responsibility of the prize winner. The winner is responsible for organising their own travel insurance. The winner is responsible for organising valid passports and for securing any necessary visas or complying with any other regulations. The prize is completely non-transferable, non-refundable, has no alternative monetary value, is not liable for 'Lifetime Deposit' and all travellers must be eligible for the definition of family prize as detailed above. Prize is only valid as a prize for The Nat Geo G Adventures Thai Family competition as advertised.
