Have I left it too long to appeal?

I have received the following letter today from PS&P debt collectors threatening a visit to my home within 7 days. I had received a couple of parking tickets in my work car park despite paying for a permit (it just wasn't displayed).

I have received these fines before and always ignored as the per the advice previously read on here but after being scared by this threat of a visit I have now realised that the advice has changed.

I no longer have the original fine notices or previous letters so I don't know who to start appealing to.

Please help, what is the best course of action from here?

Why don't you read the ''Newbies'' sticky info thread, where it says what to do if you are at debt collector stage and are thinking you are too late to appeal?

And why not read the other threads about CPP on here? As well as the one from today Redx just showed you, what about the FOUR from yesterday?

and the dozens of others from 2013? Easily found if you just read back a few pages in this forum or if you search the forum for the keywords 'PS&P collector'.

I did read a lot of post but they all seemed to be for from people who have received their tickets before the law change late 2012 and i'm sure mine would have been after this so I was unsure whether to continue ignoring

you can either try an appeal to your PPC ( but they will likely laugh at you and turn you down , and probably wont issue a popla code either as they dont have to)

you could still try to get it cancelled by the landowner too

or you carry on ignoring seeing as that was your course of action up until now

that last course of action will have to change anyway if you get an LBA or LBCCC or court papers

Did you read the linked threads? Three out of four were post POFA like you and all of them have just been updated with info and advice/links.

And I gather you can't have read the 'newbies' sticky thread properly yet ... I am assuming not because it has a lot of info and takes a bit of reading, and because you have asked questions which are already covered for you in the sticky info thread.
