VND34,400 at my regular bureau de change in the heat of Saigon this afternoon.
VND34,707 on my Santander Zero ATM withdrawal yesterday (0.8% poorer.)

NB Bureau de Change just quote the sell rate and there is no extra commission. It isn't always the case that bureau de change here give an inferior rate. Depends on market conditions.
