Barclaycard Freedom Reward 30,000 points offer - misled/help?

Hi,

Apologies if I'm in the wrong area, but, a little while ago I was sent a letter from B'Card to move my Platimu card to a Freedom Reward card. If I did this and spent £500 on it in the first 3 months, I'd get 30,000 rewards points. I bought my mums shed for £600 in the first week I had it, job done. I've now gone to check my balance. I have 15k points. When I asked where the other 15k were, I was told that the promotion was for £30.00 worth of points and 10,500 was added to my account. Now, I know 30,000 points and £30.00 look similar, but, I am not that stupid and I swearI read 30,000 points and confirmed this with the guy when i took out the card on the phone. I cannot find the orignal letter. Anyone know where I stand or had this happen to them?

Just looked on moneysupermarket.com and it says the following under Barclaycard Freedom

"Great for:
Receiving £30 worth of vouchers with first spend of £500 in the first 3 months"
