    I will say for mirroring files a good little program is synctoy, as you can to sync on different folders with many rules like one way, both ways with newest revisions or keeping older versions.

    Sounds a good option keeping it from what you say.

    I suppose printers are only a problem is you need them, yet again for me a printer going down would be a disaster, so I bought a matching one, but then started using it to half printing time which has become essential with more work, I know have a third printer in case one of those 2 go down.
