Hi everyone
I am also trying to reclaim charges from hsbc, it has gone as far as instructing the courts, the judge came back and asked for a full itemised breakdown of charges which I immediately sent, I then received a letter about two weeks ago from the court stating they were deferring my case until the 6th August to give us time to settle out of court.
What do I do now???
Thanks alot
Hannah

In these circumstances, giving them a ring is a good idea. Even if their offer is unacceptable, the fact that you took the initiative and tried to negotiate a settlement will do your case no harm whatsoever if it gets to a hearing. The acquisition of wealth is no longer the driving force in my life.0
