Following me DM? You can see for yourself if Im sticking to my manifesto ;)

Sainsbury's basics at 27p, Fairtrade and taste fine! Someone on here told me about them and they're perfectly OK.

I do agree with you on this. Our post room man at my last job loved his holidays. He was an older gent, single and not great on the computer. I used to help him out searching for hols online ( he used to go to an Independant travel agent) and the supplements were awful. Like you, I can't see why. Unless they are trying to recoup on extras on food, drinks and whatever else 2 or more people will bring :(

I'll put it on the manifesto ;)

We should have a room 101 :D....that would be fun :D:rotfl:

My main grip is with all inclusive hotels as not as if you could spend much per head anyway.
I am going to have a look at a really posh hotel out there and see where is near and cheap to eat. Really fancy the posh hotel but would have to be room only.

I just think single people should be encouraged to travel more and it be made easier and correctly costed.

. I do think a chaise lounge is a good description of you though. Stylish yet comfortable and laid back :)

  • You were all talking tellys earlier.

My first memory of a telly was at pre school age. We had a telly in a wooden cabinet with doors. Seemed large to me but probably 20 inches.

Dad was saying over xmas he watched the coronation on their new 8 inch telly.

We had a balck and white portable in dining room and if we were ill dad would put in our bedroom but very bad signal upstairs.

First I bought when married was 22 inch. Inlaws rented theirs but we bought.

When starting over again in 2006 I had a 22 inch off fleabay which was plenty big enough.

Best buy has to be the 32 inch I got dad this boxing day for £99.

  • Well done on your haul today Tiny. Which store near us did you hit?
I am taking LO to stay and play tomo, so might pop into one of the extras, would be nice to know which one is worth a look. Although after what I have spent on the car, prob best not to waste money on chocs..plus of course the diet. Well done on your day yesterday, when are you doing your next fast day?

The superstore nearest home bargains had the best variety all marked at the reduced prices, the extra that didn't do the xmas event had a bit that had not been marked down but not such a good variety. Not been to the one I met you at. ;)

    Does that make sense. :rotfl:

Next fast day probably sunday now. As have some things that need to be eaten tomorrow and may be going with OHs family to see DD1 and Teeny on Saturday. ;)
