i do make myself laugh
I've just rang a well known restaurant chain to do yet another complaint, reaching back to 23rd Nov that has never been resolved. The manager is off but calling me back tomo morning. Why promise things and try to redeem themselves, only for nothing to materialise and get sorted? I'm in one of those moods when I'm taking no prisoners today:rotfl:

reading back on the alba trials - who received the facial superskin oil and what do you think of it? I love it.. at first use i thought it was too greasy and wouldn't moisturise but I'm such a fan now. Seems to plump out those lines and give me a glow.Tiger
