MKS- so sorry to hear about your brother, you must be so so pleased that you caught up with him, sending lots of love xx
My DH lost his Mum a couple of years ago and we attempted to contact his dad, who he had lost contact with when he was a child (they were divorced) to find out that his dad had died a couple of years before that. Very sad, he lost both parents in a week, having not seen his Dad in nearly 30 years.
Don't let that happen to anyone else out there- swallow your pride and contact your estranged family member x

Thanks, cousinjack, couldn't put it better myself. You always think that you've loads of time but that's not always true. I found that out during the last week. :(

Now that would be good game to play. If I was a potato what one would I be. I guess a value one. As I like cheap prices. I bet that would go down well. :rotfl:

These are finest potatoes! Certainly no talk of value potatoes.

These potatoes come from the finest field, with the finest soil, sprayed with the finest fertiliser. Picked and packed in the finest plastic bags....and a finest price to match!

I cannot stand that Jeremy Kyle :p

Me neither. Even less so since knowing of someone very vulnerable who was all prepped to go on the show to find long lost dad and when the blood tests were negative the show just shrugged their shoulders and sent them home.
