A big thank you from my daughter to whoever found the greenredeem + M&S.:A I gave her the 2 coupons with the explanation & she went to our local superstore last night. It was really quiet so she happily did all her shopping. She scanned food till the till showed £25 & then did as she'd been told;). Repeated the process twice more! She went home with over £75 of food for just under £30! Chuffed is an understatement! :j

    Morning everyone, happy Friday :)
Thanks again for all the advice and kind words about my son and his stolen wallet yesterday :A:A. You all really helped me to see things in a more balanced way :A
I have called the school and they are investigating but I don't hold out much hope. Have also cancelled bank card and informed police just in case anything is found, even if it's just the empty wallet.
On a practical note, special thanks to silvercar who suggested checking household insurance, it turns out we do have cover for items/money away from the home. There is £150 excess (but when we counted up the money he had been given, there was more like £300 in the wallet, plus a couple of giftcards, plus the cost of the wallet itself) - don't know if it's worth losing no claims bonus for, and no doubt there will be some kind of loophole to avoid paying out anyway, but I would not have thought of it if it wasn't for you :A:A

On a separate note, not sure what the problem is with 02 Priority Moments - but you can get the code sent to your phone here:
    https://priority.o2.co.uk/moments/register?source=http%3A%2F%2Fpriority.o2.co.uk%2Fmoments%2F
You still obviously need the 02 sim and an unlocked phone, but it might be of some help if getting the code is the issue x

I claimed for my lawnmower last October and when I came for renewal last week my insurer declined to quote and I had huge difficulty getting quotes from other insurers, In the end I had to get contents and buildings insurance separate. Wish I hadn't bothered to claim now

Chris Evans played "Get It On" by Trex on my way back from school run. That took me back - I loved Marc Bolan as a teenager. Can still remember reading about his death in the paper before going to school. Still have a bit of a weakness for him - its the long hair :o
