    Thanks Mimi....can I quote you:)

Of course....you little star. I know one store with loads of nail varnishes down to £1:)

    Thank you mimi:):T

Edit.....just seen other posts....but I'll still give it a go.
What's the worst that can happen?

I can remember using the £5 off Boots Time Delay vouchers from back in the day. They had the "super duper makes you look like a glamorous super model in 2 days" tube of whatever it's face down to £1 each - new packaging. The voucher clearly stated cannot be used on reduced or clearance lines but insisted on SA trying it to see if it worked. It did. So I used all 5 vouchers and ended up with lots of tubes of "super duper makes you look like a glamorous super model in 2 days". Hurrah. Didnt work though because I still look like a dog! LOL.

Same again with the Toni and Guy £5 off voucher - clearly said cannot be used on reduced or clearance items. Used it on the tubs of Erin hair paste which were on clearance to £1 each. Got loads for nothing and took them to the charity shop.

It always helps when you tell the SA she looks really hot or her hair looks really nice. They get embarrassed and you end up with her putting everything through for you - vouchers I mean. Such fun. ;););)

Sounds perfect! I have an interview next week for Sainbobs, only 16 hours a week but really nice short shifts that finish at 9am and more importantly permanent work. Emma has suggested that it's not morally wrong if I share bargains with her and don't participate myself. I'm not convinced. :rotfl:

Hope it all goes well :D

Good luck pd. We will glorify your inevitable triumph in song!

Preperation have more or less finally finished for my dad's birthday tomorrow :)

    Presents wrapped
    Card ordered and received
    Cake bought
    Party bags pretty much filled
    Balloons and badges sorted
    Restaurant booked

Now all I gotta do is decide what to wear :o

Thank you folks for all your help with his presents. I got him a camera, am giving him some cash and I've hand written a little notebook of money saving tips so that when he retires later in the year, he can do it comfortably :)

    Oh no. Poor guy.

Shouldn't he be on IV fluids in hospital?

    Hope he gets better soon.
