Over on the O2 priority moments thread today we have been referred to as the elite weirdos

    How very rude

I'm happy to be weird compared to a lot of the internet :D We're a lovely welcoming, supportive and sharing community. There aren't many of them in cyber space.

Lovely to hear all of the baby news. Like Tiger I'm finding that I'm hitting 'the youngest is not a baby anymore broodiness' ;) Please somebody virtually smack me in the face or regale me with tales of awful teenage behaviour so that I stop moping :rotfl:

I'm feeling rather merry from my 'does my shoulder pain get worse with alcohol' test. It still hurts. Not any worse though that I can tell :)
I chased up my consultant appt. I'd been forgotten  Apparently I'm not the only one according to the receptionist. They can't fit me in until mid Feb now  DH is fuming. Still, if I'm worried I know what to say to get seen straight away ;)

Thanks SSM, I'm only a baby catcher :p I've been into work and discovered the assessment is on emergency drills, drugs calculations, record keeping etc etc.
I also picked up my pre course work today... A4 booklet 1cm thick  Some light bedtime reading :rotfl:

    baby catcher - midwife?

What makes it more amazing is that she hasn't even had this one and she's planning ahead... They've just got a 9 seater car so there is 'growing room'

    Is anyone watching The Taste?

My gosh, Nigella looks tasty. Wouldn't mind a taste of her on a spoon. ;););)

PS. Is it really a cooking show or is it more of a fashion show with Nigella bouncing about in her super tight outfits? Not that I am complaining mind. :D
  • Evening all

Enjoyed my breakfast this morning, very indulgent :D
Came home and had a very lazy day after that, didn't even venture the shops, had a wee mid morning/afternoon nap and generally vegged out! Was rather nice, but by heck I'm tired now :rotfl:

Hoping to go and have a wee nosy in Mr Shoes in the morning, DD will be in nursery for 9, so wont be there for opening time but hopefully there will be something left!
