Hello and TGI Friday :) Just back from M&S, thank you sooo much for the coupon advice  managed to get a mealdeal which came to £19.56 before discounts :D. Also got a very posh £20 cake reduced to £5 (will use as a birthday cake as doesn't look too Xmassy). Added an item to take it just over £25. Total came to £5.xx after both coupons (in my mind I paid £5 for a £20 cake and the rest was pretty much free) :T:T
Also at T's, the Finest Bakery sparkly millionaire shortbreads are reduced to 82p, so just 32p if you still have the 50p MOCs from Orchard. Just enjoying one now with a nice Nespresso :D
And for my next challenge - am meant to be having an alcohol-free weekend, but I really fancy a glass of wine already . Am meeting friends tonight and it is going to be so hard to resist

evenings are my worst time too. I clean, have a bath, do my nails, eyebrows or random other stuff to pass the time and stop me eating. I dont eat after 9pm anyway as it gives me funny and weird dreams, so if I can last until then, I've succeeded

Same as me then. I don't eat after 7pm, but if I can't sleep and I am still up at midnight, that's when I get very very peckish.

Will try my best to munch on junk at night.

Tried those tablets, waste of money, no change at all, was going to gym anyway and didnt see any super duper loss, just the same as before.

Thanks for that. Will take them back. Refund of £25. :p
