Littlewoods

I'm currently having trouble with littlewoods.com i bought a laptop on the cyber monday deal at £749, at the time i was moving house and had change my address the week before, on the following day littlewoods called to say the order had been cancelled due to a security reason as i needed to confirm my address, i asked if i could have the laptop at the same price, the representative said yes, told me to order the laptop at £1000 and they would credit my my account with the difference.
So i went a head and ordered the laptop, I then got a bit nervous and emailed Littlewoods to see if the representative was correct, the email came back saying they wouldn't credit my account, so i called littlewoods back, spoke to someone else they confirmed they would, and i also got email sayin that once the laptop had been delivered, to call and then they would credit my account.
Now the laptop got delivered i called littlewoods, and the rep said he couldn't credit my account, but carry on and email littlewoods and promised me it would get sorted, that was back o the 18th of December, after numerous email littlewoods are still refusing to credit my account.
What can i do? I feel really let down, by their customer service, and well no other way to say it lies.
I wouldn't have ordered the laptop at £1000 if it wasn't on offer.
Thanks in advance for your advice on this matter.
