Free champagne with £50 Waitrose shop online

Just got a flyer through the door about this. I didn't even know we had a Waitrose near here. Will definitely be giving it a go.

I also got this email and placed my order. However, Champagne did not show up on the order confirmation. Is this normal?

I got my free Champagne today! It does not appear on your order. It is only online orders.

Thanks GreeceYorkshire for putting my mind to rest. I placed my order online and it was over £50. I imagined that once those 2 criteria were satisfied, the champagne would then appear on my order with a £0.00 charge against it. I'll look forward to seeing it tomorrow when my order is ready for pick-up.

I didn't get any champers alas. I got the email about the offer, but it did say on the bottom that it was only in some areas so I guess it isn't in my area.
