I'm supposed to get 0.5% cashback on my purchases. The cashback shown on the statement is always less than this. Nobody at the Co-op can answer this question. (Despite 4 phone calls).
Anyone here know why?

Is it massively less?
They say 1p cashback for every £2 you spend anywhere else and 1p cashback for every £1 you spend in The Co‑operative Food stores.
Do you have to spend the full 2.00 to get the 1p and 1.99 wouldn't count, just guessing really as I can't see it explained on the site.0 -
Are any of the transactions cash, gambling, interest etc?
Any balance transfers? Any transaction refunds?

Do you have any example numbers ... e.g. spend and cashback accrued?0 -
