Hi guys.
I am new to this so don't know if I am doing it right but I am looking for some advice.
So...I worked as a nurse at a local hospital with a parking eye. I had a permit at the time but I have now left the trust. On my last day I went in a different car and forgot to switch the registration on my permit. This was in 2013 by the way.
I received a fine immediately but informed the trust of the mistake and they said it would be fine as I had let them know of the mistake.
I then thought no more of this until I received a court letter just a month ago... Which I very stupidly ignored. I have now received a CCJ.
I rang the trust and they said they would try to sort it for me. They rang me beach to say that because it had gone to court I had to pay the parking eye people £85 which I have done.
I now am very unsure as to whether they will get in touch with the courts to erase the CCJ and is that what the money was paid for. I rang the court help line and they were not helpful and said they couldn't discuss the case and either me or the parking eye people would have to appeal the CCJ.
Please help I don't know what to do
Thank you in advance0 -
What you need to do is create your own thread instead of using this one. It's unlikely you've paid the judgement as it's normally circa £200 for a default judgement. You pay the amount the judge says not what parking eye said on their ticket. Now please put your reply in a new thread, and give all info that is relevant in it.When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.
