Do you want to join the October Challenge? We've changed it a bit - you can now count ALDs (alcohol low days) instead of AFDs if that helps you (ALD being anything you want - I'm doing 3 units or less equals an ALD but it's up to you). Or ALW ??? You set units for the week.

Pushing out the MSEfor you. We run a monthly challenge - there are 21 days available to you from Saturday if you intend to quit. Meaning you are on 1/21 already.
Or you can go target free so then you would be 1/TF.
