    3/13 for tonight please.
  • 2/21 for me please Shaggy.

I hope you had a lovely birthday Sandypan.

Tomorrow is a planned drinking night as I'm off to a cheese and cider tasting evening. two of my favourite vices, together at the same time!

I'm really tired this evening and took some ibuprofen as I was missing my usual muscle relaxant of wine. I hope and expect to sleep well tonight. Good night everyone.

October Target 20, total 1 so far, please, Shaggy

I have just been on holiday for 10 days, so did not do well on the AFDs in September. All back to normal now, so here goes!

    Shame here's a downside:(.

Planning AF again tonight, want to get some in before my holiday. Hope you had a good time Pricey. I don't plan AFDs when I'm away but definitely ALDs. I used to be the one who always wanted to go to a wine bar but now I'm happy with a coffee shop. I won't beat myself up if we have wine over lunch but it'll just be small glass not an afternoon session:o. Times have changed!!

    3 AFDs please Shaggy.

    3 AFDs please Shaggy.

Ditto Maman. I'm off on my hols soon hence the low target this month. I probably won't have any AF days but there will be many AL ones. Since I've cut down my tolerance level is a lot lower so it doesn't take much to have an effect.

    4/13 for tonight please.

6/21 please Shaggy - I'm on a roll all AFDs so far, no alcohol that I fancy drinking in the house and no intention of buying any ATM :)

Honey Bear - tried puppy classes before with my other dogs, but unless there are any giant breed pups there, they tower over all the others and while they don't mean to be intimidating, they are, and most other puppies end up hiding or rolling on their backs. This just panders to the Ridgeback ego, which is already huge.

More chewing today - hoover cable whilst tidied away and against a wall, so I'm at the muzzling stage while I'm out. :(
