What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

Oh dear :( Feeling rubbish this morning. Been awake on and off throughout the night. First sweaty and hot, then cold etc. etc.

DH worked late yesterday and arrived home with kebabs for us all. Cue me opening a bottle of red wine. And drinking the lot. I deliberately ignored my inner self-control despite my body telling me "no"... I think I am now ready to stop drinking wine. I didn't enjoy most of the bottle and certainly feel rough now.

I think I'm finally seeing the light. I used to enjoy drinking, but last night I just didn't. And I am soooo tired now.

    Hope you feel better soon.:kisses3:

  • 14/30 please Shaggy.

Ah, Dizzy I think we have all been there. That rebellious voice drowning out our sensible one and s*d the consequences! I hate that feeling so much when you wake up and ask yourself what the hell you did that for?! Wine is my massive downfall too. Hope you feel better soon. x

*Healing vibes* for you, Dizzy. It took rather a lot of those episodes for me to realise I needed to knock it on the head, but I so wish now that I had just bitten the bullet earlier. I'm one of those that after the first I wanted a second and then a third and then ....

25/30 please, Shaggy and I hope you have/had a lovely weekend.
    Better is good enough.

16/20 AFDs for me, and DI, I match what you're feeling today. I, too, drank a bottle of s*d it wine after my DH enraged me.
