Hi all
I pop in and out of this thread from time to time to see how you are all doing!! You lot are truly inspirational, you really are. Such a friendly thread to read!! Well done all of you and I really mean that!!
My father was a big drinker when I was growing up and I still remember the effects that it had on us as a family then. My father is no longer with us now but I wish for him that he could have joined a thread such as this one. Maybe it would have helped him combat his excessive drinking.
Keep up the good work!! (((((HUGS)))))

Edwink, it rather warms the cockles of my heart to think that people who don't actually use this thread find it helpful. Thank you for saying that.30 for yesterday and a full house today 31/31
Hugely well done, Barny!
31/31 please, Shaggy. That feels rather satisfying, this month. Apparently I passed the 400 Day mark last week, which almost passed me by. Fortunately, Belle reminded me - it's rather nice having someone root for you to such an extent that they keep count.Better is good enough.0 -
Good to see some new people joining for September. Welcome! and thank you for the kind words edwink.
I'm having a pretty normal Monday despite the Bank Holiday so that means back on the wagon for me. Delighted I'll be having a sunshine smiley.:D
